When having a Visit from us:
Please allow the operative to wash their hands – ideally at the start and end of the appointment.
If you are feeling unwell:
Please contact us and let us know, we can always rearrange. We understand you may want to get the quote or work to start, however we need to minimise the risk of contamination to our staff and other customers.
If you have any of the below symptoms, please let us know right away and we will rearrange your appointment.
- A cough – any kind not just dry
- A fever / high temperature
- Shortness of breath / breathing difficulties
Similarly, if you have been anywhere affected by Coronavirus or been in contact with someone who has please let us know and we will arrange after 14 days.
If we arrive at your property or you arrive at our showroom and are displaying any of the above, we will have to rearrange and come back another time.
